With the use of our industry-designed software, we are able to manage our employee population and client base by geography, specialty, priority, shift, and availability. This software system also allows us to track scheduled, open, filled, and cancelled client job orders within our entire customer network. With the use of this software system, we can provide our clients with fill ratios, cancellation reports, and employee overviews to help both parties track GHR performance.

 

In order to remain competitive within all of the market regions that we provide staffing services to, GHR performs pay rate and bill rate surveys within current newly expanded and prospective coverage territories. GHR has individually structured pricing programs for our temporary staffing, that are based on volume, frequency of needs, and geography.  For our federal healthcare facilities, we have an approved Federal Supply Schedule Number through GSA, so we can offer supplemental support to Nursing, Therapy and Pharmacy departments across the country.

  • Per Diem Staffing
    General Healthcare Resources, Inc. has supplemental staff available to help with daily and long-term coverage relief in response to census fluctuations, maternity or family medical leave, and general vacancies.
  • Direct Placement
    GHR offers all of their clients the ability to reduce their dependency on multiple staffing and recruitment resources by helping them attract and hire their own full-time, and part-time staff through a comprehensive recruitment process. With this service component, GHR can provide your organization with a consistent flow of pre-qualified candidates for your review and consideration. Under this program a fee will only be charged once the potential candidate has accepted a satisfactory employment offering through your organization. All direct placements come with a minimum employment guarantee to insure that the employee meets the minimum employment expectations.
  • Temporary to Direct Placement
    This service component is very similar to our direct placement program. The core element of this program begins with utilization of GHR’s professional per-diem staff at your facility. During the employment consideration period, your organization would be responsible for paying the standard per diem rates for all hours worked at your healthcare center. Once the facility extends an offer of employment, the facility would agree to pay a reduced fee based on the length of temporary utilization of the GHR employee; in some cases it’s actually free. This recruitment module has proven to be the most effective way to get potential candidates introduced and oriented to new environments while their core competencies can be assessed for long-term employment consideration.
  • Interim Management
    GHR’s recruitment department has the ability to attract and fulfill any supplemental healthcare management or supervisory level vacancies with pre-qualified candidates that can support your organization with stability in response to any staffing or recruitment shortages within your organization.
