My life is extremely busy with my church, husband and family. Our grown daughters live in California and Alabama, we have grandchildren and great-grandchildren in those states and in Mexico, so to visit with them takes planning and travel time. And, no hospital or physician's office would give me the time off that I want. I am also involved in other activities that require some of my time every month. So work as a Nurse gets sandwiched in between everything else.

I also work with young nurses, both male and female who have little children. As parents, they need to be available for school conferences, doctor/dental visits or time when they are sick. I've watched General Healthcare accommodate their busy schedules.

I love my GHR Staffing Specialist! She is always sensitive to my needs; she listens to me as a manager and a friend. She finds me work when I need to be active. She is very understanding when I tell her that I'm off to "play Grandma," one more time.
