"I have been an employee with GHR for over 9 years now. Professionally, I started out in the Payroll department, and was a coordinator for about two years. I then moved to the position of Administrative Assistant in the Nursing Department. Through my work in this capacity, I recognized the need for someone to oversee compliance for all divisions. I presented my ideas to management, and as a result a new position was created, Compliance Specialist, which I currently fill.

Personally, GHR has become a second family to me. I remember when I told the CEO I was expecting my first child; his reaction was one of genuine joy! I have made so many close friends through the years, and I spend a lot of time with them outside of work. Everyone is very supportive, and really cares about each other, both professionally and personally.
